Fish in Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 1kg fish cut into pieces
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 cups yoghurt nicely beaten
  • 2-3 bay leaves
  • 4-5 green chillies
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
Method of making Fish in Yoghurt
  • Marinate fish slices in yoghurt and salt mixture for 30-40 minutes.
  • Take a pan add oil and add onions and fry till lght brown.
  • Then add ginger paste,green chillies,bay leaves and fry again.
  • Now fry dipped fish pieces in the above mixture for 7-8 minutes.
  • Fish in Yogurt is ready.

Avial

Ingredients

  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2  teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1-2 green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped beans
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon dhania powder
Method of Making Avial
  • Firstly we have to prepare coconut milk for which  in a blender mix water and grated coconut to make a smooth mixture.
  • Heat a pan containing oil.Add onions,mustard seeds,turmeric ,garlic,dhania powder and garam masala.Saute for 4-5 minutes
  • Now add chopped vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Finally add the coconut milk and green chillies for another 2 minutes.
  • Avial is ready.





Sambar

Ingredients

  • Red Lentil(Arhar dal) soaked
  • 1 cup eggplant(baingan) or carrot chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida(hing) powder
  • 3 tablespoon sambar powder
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • Tamarind(imli) soaked in warm water

Method of Making Sambar
  • Heat red lentil with water and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Now in a bowl mash the lentil and tamarind pulp.
  • Take a pan and add oil.To it add mustard seeds,curry leaves,onions and sambar powder and saute for 1-2 minutes.
  • To it add sliced vegetables and lentil.Mix well
  • Cook for another 6-7 minutes.
  • Garnish with Coriander leaves.
  • Sambar is ready.

Fish Fingers

Ingredients

  • 5-6 pieces -Fish cut in stick form
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste
Method of Making Fish Fingers
  • Take a bowl and beat the egg in it with pepper.
  • Now dip the fish sticks it in egg batter and breadcrumb.
  • Heat a pan and fry the fish sticks in it until golden brown in color.
  • Heat a pan and fry the fish sticks in it.
  • Fish Fingers are ready.

Carrot Halwa

Ingredients


  • 1 kg grated Carrot(Gajar)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup milkmaid
  • 3-4 tablespoon ghee
  • 2-3 Green cardamom crushed
  • Cashew nuts and raisins.

Method of making Carrot Halwa

  • Heat a pan containing ghee and add carrot.Saute for 1 minute.
  • Then add milk and 1/2 cup milkmaid and sugar.
  • Finally add green cardamom.
  • Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins.
  • Carrot Halwa is ready.

Paneer Pudding

Ingredients


  • 1 cup Grated Paneer 
  • 4 tablespoon Cornflour 
  • 1/2 cup Sugar 
  • 2 cup Water 
  • 1/2 teaspoon kesar
  • Chopped Almonds and Pistachios 1/2 cup
Method of Making Paneer Pudding
  • Make the thin sugar syrup of water and sugar.
  • First we have to make a sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar till it thickens a bit.
  • To the syrup add paneer.Stir well.
  • Now add cornflour and cook for few minutes.
  • Finally add kesar.
  • Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
  • Paneer Pudding is ready.

Poha

Ingredients

  • 1 cup poha(flattened rice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Chopped potatoes 2 in number
  • 6-7 curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Peanuts
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
Method of making Poha

  • Wash the poha thoroughly and keep aside.
  • Take a pan and heat oil.Add curry leaves,mustard seeds and green chillies and fry for 1 minute.
  • Then add onion fry till golden brown in colour.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes by adding potatotes and groundnuts.
  • Finally add poha which are kept aside.Add lime juice and mix well.
  • Garnish with Coriander leaves.
  • Poha is ready.

Pav Bhaji

Ingredients

  • 2 Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 cup cauliflower chopped
  •  3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 Carrot chopped
  • 2 tablespoon pav bhaji masala
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 3/4 teapoon turmeric powder
  • Onions chopped- 2 
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Coriander
  • 1 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup Peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
Method of Making Pav Bhaji
  • Add water in vessel and boil capsicum,cauliflower,peas.
  • Mash boiled potatoes and keep aside.
  • Now take a non-stick pan add oil and fry in it onions,pav bhaji masala,turmeric,ginger,garlic for 2-3 minutes.
  • To the above masala add all the vegetables and salt.Cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Pav Bhaji is ready.


Semolina Uttapam

Ingredients
  • Semolina(Suji)- 1 cup
  • Chopped Tomato -1
  • Curd- 1/2 cup
  • Green Chillies-2
  • Coriander leaves(chopped)
  • Ginger paste- 1 teaspoon
  • Onion(chopped)- 2
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup water
Method of making Semolina Uttapam
  • In a dish combine semolina,curd and salt with water.Leave it covered for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add green chillies,onion,ginger,tomato and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • To the above batter add semolina-curd mixture.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes and stir continuously so that the mixture doesnot get burnt.
  • Semolina Uttapam is ready.

Upma

Ingredients

  • Semolina(Suji) - 2 cups
  • 5 tablespoon oil
  • 7-6 Curry leaves
  • Corn - 1cup
  • Chopped onion- 1
  • Chopped Beans- 1/2 cup
  • Green Chillies- 2-3 in number
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoon mustard seeds
Method of making Upma
  • Heat pan containing oil and add semolina and saute it.
  • Take a different pan add oil and fry mustard seeds,green chillies,beans,curry leaves and onions.
  • Now to it add fried semolina and mix well.
  • To the above mixture add water with continuous stirring.
  • Make a binding mixture with water.
  • Upma is ready.





Chilli Prawn

Ingredients

  • Prawns 6-7 pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Garlic cloves 7-8(grounded)
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander(chopped)
  • 2 teaspoon Soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste
Method of Making Chilli Prawn
  • In a dish add all the above ingredients containing prawn and marinate for 1 hour.
  • After marinating the prawn pieces,heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated prawn pieces.
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Chilli prawn is ready.

Vegetable Kofta

Ingredients

  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup boiled peas
  • 1 cup boiled carrot
  • 2 tablespoon besan(gram flour)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1-2 chopped onions
  • 1 cup cashewnut powder
  • 2 tablespoon cream
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 2-3 tomatoes(chopped)
  • Oil
  • 1/2 cup water
Method of making Kofta
  • In a bowl add boiled potatoes,salt,lemon juice,carrot,corianderleaves,peas and besan.Mix well.Take small pieces in hand to make kofta balls.
  • Now heat oil in a non-stick pan add chopped onions and mix till it becomes light brown in colour.
  • To the fried onions add tomatoes,kaju powder,curd,ginger-garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder,cream and coriander leaves and mix thoroughly.
  • Add little water.Cook for 5-6 minutes.
  • Finally to the gravy add koftas.
  • Koftas are ready.

Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated paneer(cottage cheese)
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 Capsicum
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  •  2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala


Method of Making Paneer Bhurji

  • Take a pan add cumin seeds,onions and paste of ginger-garlic and saute for few minutes till light brown in colour.
  • Next to this add tomatoes and chillies and fry the mixture well.
  • To this mixture add garam masala powder,turmeric powder, little water and salt to taste and blend the mixture well.
  • Now add scrambled paneer and chopped coriander to the mixture and fry till the mixture combines well with the mixture.
  • Paneer Bhurji is ready serve hot.



    Rajma

    Ingredients
    • 2 cups Rajma
    • 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 2 bay leaves
    • 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • 2 teaspoon garam masala
    • 1 cup chopped onions
    • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
    • 2 tablespoon chopped onion
    • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
    • 2 teaspoon butter
    • Salt to taste
    • 2-3 Cloves
    • 2 Cinnamon sticks
    Method of Making Rajma
    • At first soak rajma overnight till it becomes tender.
    • In a pressure cooker add rajma and boil it becomes soft.Keep aside the residual stock for gravy.
    • Take a pan heat oil.Add cumin seed and fry.Then add onions and fry till golden brown in colour.
    • Add ginger ,garlic and fry.Add tomatoes,turmeric powder,garam masala,cinnamon sticks and saute for 5 minutes.
    • Now add rajma,butter,salt and stock which was kept aside.Cook on medium heat for 30-40 minutes.
    • Garnish with coriander leaves.
    • Rajma is ready. 


      Besan Curry

      Ingredients
      • 1 cup of Besan (Gram flour)
      • 2 Chopped Onions
      • 2 Chopped Tomatoes
      • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
      • 1/2 teaspoon Asafetida
      • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
      • 3-4 Green Chillies
      • 3 teaspoon Oil
      • 2 cups Curd
      • 1 teaspoon turmeric
      • Coriander Leaves
      Method of Making Besan Curry
      • Heat a non-stick pan containing oil and add cumin and fry little.
      • Add Mustard seeds and fry again.
      • Now add tomatoes,onions,turmeric and green chillies.Cook for 4-5 minutes.
      • To this mixture add besan,curd and mix thoroughly.
      • Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
      • Beasn Curry is ready.

      Kadhai Paneer

      Ingredients
      • 150 gms Paneer sliced to cubes
      • 3-4 Tomato (grated)
      • 2-3 chopped Capsicum(chopped)
      • 1 ginger grated
      • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
      •  2-3 Bay leaves
      • 3 Cloves
      • 2 Cinnamon
      • 1/2 teaspoon Orange Colour
      • 4-5 tablespoon Butter
      Method of Making Kadhai Paneer
      •  Heat Ghee in a non-stick pan and add onion,tomato,red chilli powder,salt,ginger and cook for 2-3 minutes.
      • After cooking for few minutes add paneer cubes and capsicum pieces.Mix well.
      • Now add cinnamon,bay leaves,cloves and colour to it.Cook on medium heat.
      • When the mixture becomes tender and gets cooked turn off heat.
      • Kadhai Paneer is Ready.

      Chicken Sour Soup

      Ingredients
      • 2-3 boneless Chicken pieces
      • 2 cups water
      • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
      • 1 tablespoon oil
      • 1/4 teaspoon garlic paste
      •  2 tablespoon grated cabbage
      •  2 tablespoon chopped carrot
      •  1 teaspoon sugar
      •  1 tablespoon tomato puree
      • 1 tablespoon vinegar
      • 5 tablespoon diluted cornflour
      Method of Chicken Sour Soup
      • Heat water,chicken ,salt in a bowl for 10 minutes.Keep aside.
      • Heat oil.Add Garlic and red chilli paste.Add  the above chicken mixture.Stir nicely.
      • Add all ingredients except cornflour.
      • At this point add diluted cornflour and cook for 3 minutes.
      • Chicken Sour Soup is ready.


      Tomato Soup

      Ingredients
      • 2 cups of chopped Tomatoes
      • 3 tablespoon of Olive Oil
      • 2 chopped Onion
      •  1 cup tomato puree
      •  3/4 cup of Basil
      • 2-3 tablespoon garlic crushed
      Method of Making Tomato Soup
      • Heat a pan containing oil.
      • Cook garlic,onion for 2 minutes in medium heat.Now add tomato and cook for 7-10 minutes.
      • Add Tomato puree,pepper and salt to the above mixture.
      • Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.Stir continuously.Finally add Basil to soup.
      • Tomato Soup is ready.

      Chicken Corn Soup

      Ingredients
      • 1-2 pieces boneless Chicken 
      • 1-2 cups water
      • 1/2 cup Maize pods
      • 1 tablespoon grated cabbage
      • 1 tablespoon shredded carrot
      • 1/2 teaspoon green chilli
      • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
      • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
      • 2 teaspoon vinegar
      • 1 2 tablespoon diluted cornflour
      Method of Making Chicken Corn Soup
      • In a Mixer Grinder add maize seeds and water ,blend them till becomes smooth.
      • Take a pan add chicken,salt,water and heat for 7-8 minutes.
      • Now on it add green chilli,sugar,corn,pepper.Heat further for 3-4 minutes.
      • Add diluted cornflour,carrot and cabbage and heat for 6-7 minutes.
      • Chicken corn Soup is ready.

      Dhokla

      Ingredients

      • 2 cup Besan(gram flour)
      • 3 tablespoon Suji(semolina)
      • 2 cups water
      • 3/4 teaspoon Mitha Soda(soda-bi-carb)
      • 1 teaspoon Salt
      • 2 teaspoon eno fruit salt
      • 2 teaspoon Sugar
      • 3/4 teaspoon Haldi(turmeric)
      • 2 teaspoon ginger paste
      • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
      For Tempering
      • 2 tablespoon oil.
      •  3-4 green chillies
      • 2 teaspoon mustard seeds
      • 3 teaspoon sugar
      • 1/2 cup water
      • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
      • Chopped Coriander
      • 1 tablespoon oil
      Method of Making Dhokla
      • Take a bowl add gram flour,oil,water,suji,sugar,turmeric,chilli paste,ginger and mix well.Finally mix lemon juice.
      • Now add eno and soda-bi-carb.
      • Add this mixture in a greased bowl  and put it on steamer.Cook for 6 minutes.Keep it standing for 5-6 minutes.
      • Now add tempering ingredients to a bowl and heat for 3-4 minutes.
      • Pour this mixture on dhokla mixture.Heat for  3 minutes.Wait for 20 minutes till it becomes tender.
      • Garnish with Coriander.


      Suji Ka Halwa

      Ingredients
      • 2 cups Semolina(Suji)
      • 2 cups Sugar
      • 2 cup Ghee 
      • 3 Cardamoms(grounded)
      • 4 cups Water 
      • 3/4 Cashew nuts and Raisins 
      • 3/4 cup Almonds, chopped
      Method of making Suji Halwa
      • In a non-stick pan add ghee and fry semolina or suji till light golden brown in colour.
      • Now to it add sugar ,water and boil the whole mixture.
      • Cook for 5-6 minutes till water gets soaked totally.
      • Finally add cardamom and mix well.
      • Garnish with cashew nuts,raisins and almonds.
      • Suji Halwa is ready.

      Bread Pakora

      Ingredients

      • 5 breads each cut into two halves.
      • 1 Cup Gram flour (Beasn)  
      • 1/2 teaspoon Thymol seeds(ajwain)
      • 1/4 teaspoon Asafetida (hing)
      • 1/4 Cup water
      • 1 Onion (paste)
      • 2 Boiled Potatoes 
      • 2 Cloves of  garlic (ground)
      • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
      • Oil
      Method of Making Bread Pakora
      • Take a mixing bowl add gram flour,thymol seeds,asafetida,onion,garlic,potatoes and water to make smooth batter.
      • When the batter is ready take a non-stick pan heat oil.
      • Dip the sliced bread into the batter and fry it.
      • Bread Pakora is ready.

      Chicken Jalfrezi

      Ingredients

      • 10-12 pieces of boneless Chicken
      • 2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
      • 1/4 cup cream
      • Salt as needed
      • 1 Capsicum chopped
      • 3-4 Tomatoes
      • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
      • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
      • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
      • Chopped Coriander
      • Oil
      • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
      • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

      Method of Making Chicken Jalfrezi
      • To marinate chicken we have to dip chicken  pieces in ginger-garlic paste,one tablespoon oil and salt.Keep it for 30 minutes.
      • In a blender blend together tomatoes,salt,cumin,red chilli powder,turmeric,coriander,pepper,garam masala to a smooth mixture.
      • Take a non-stick pan add oil and fry the above mixture for few minutes.
      • Now add marinated  chicken pieces to the mixture and fry nicely for 7-9 minutes.
      • Finally add cream.Mix well.
      • Garnish with coriander leaves. 
      • Chicken Jalfrezi is ready.

      Spinach Soup

      Ingredients
      • Butter- 2 tablespoon
      • Spinach(chopped)-2 cups
      • 1 chopped Onion
      • 2 cups Milk
      • 1 cup flour
      • 1  tablespoon Flour
      • Salt and pepper to taste
      Method of Making Spinach Soup
      • Slightly boil Spinach in water.
      • Take a non-stick pan and heat oil add onions,garlic and fry it a little.Add salt and pepper.Add boiled spinach.
      • Make a sauce with flour,butter and cook.Next add milk slowly with continuous stirring.
      • When sauce is ready add the spinach mixture to it.Cook till it boils.
      • Spinach Soup is ready.

      Chicken in Fenugreek

      Ingredients

      • 400 gm Chicken
      • 3 tablespoon Oil
      • 300 gms Fenugreek(methi)  leaves chopped
      • Salt to Taste
      • 1 cup cream
      • 1 cup thick Curd
      • 3-4 Garlic(paste)
      • 2 Onions(paste)
      • 2-4 Green Chillies
      • 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
      • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
      • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli
      • 1 tablespoon Ghee
      • 1 teaspoon Pepper

      Method of making Chicken in Fenugreek

      • Heat oil in a pan add onion paste.Fry for 2 minutes.
      • Mix chicken pieces,salt,curd,fenugreek leaves.Stir continuously for 10 minutes.
      • Add cream,onion-garlic paste,ghee,red chilli.Mix continuously.
      • Sprinkle pepper and coriander powder.Stir well.
      • Chicken in Fenugreek is ready.

      Potato Balls(Aloo Tikki)

      Ingredients

      • 5-6 Potatoes
      • 1 cup boiled peas
      • 1 tablespoon oil
      • 1 teaspoon salt
      • 2 teaspoon Powdered Cumin Seeds(Jeera)
      • Chopped Ginger
      • Finely Chopped Green Chillies
      • Chopped Coriander leaves
      • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
      • 1 teaspoon chaat masala

      Method of Making  Potato Balls
      • Boil Potatoes in vessel for 5 minutes.
      • Now make a batter of mashed potatoes,oil,salt,peas,ginger,green chillies,coriander leaves,red chilli powder,Cumin powder,chaat masala.Make each 3 inch diameter Potato ball.
      • Spread oil over non-stick pan and place the Potato balls on it and fry on either side by turning upside down.
      • Aloo Tikki is ready.Serve Hot.


      Chilli Chicken

      Ingredients

      • 400gms boneless chicken
      • 2 tablespoon Soya sauce
      • 1 egg
      • 2 tablespoon Corn flour
      • 5-6 finely chopped green chilies
      • 2 green onion tops (finely chopped)
      • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
      • Salt To Taste
      • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
      • 1 tsp sugar
      • 2 cups water
      • 1 tablespoon oil
      • Oil to fry

      Method of Making Chilli Chicken

      • Firstly, we have to marinate boneless chicken.To marinate boneless chicken we have add it in a mixture containing egg,soya sauce,corn flour and salt.
      • Take a pan and heat oil and fry chicken pieces in it till golden brown.
      • Meanwhile when the chicken is getting fried heat oil in a separate pan and add garlic paste and to it add green chillies and soya sauce fry it for 1-2 minutes.
      • Add water,salt,pepper powder and sugar till whole mixture boils.
      • Now put fried chicken pieces to the chilli gravy.
      • Cook for few minutes.
      • Chilli Chicken is ready.

      Badam Ka Halwa

      Ingredients

      • 1 cup Badam
      • 1 cup Ghee
      • 1/2 cup Sugar
      • 1/2 cup water
      • 1 cup Milk
      • 2 tsp Kesar Colour


      Method of Making Badam ka Halwa
      • Soak almonds in water overnight.
      • Peel off almond skin and ground ton make a smooth paste with milk.
      • To make sugar syrup we have to add 
      • Remove the outer skin and grind to a paste with the milk.
      • To make sugar syrup mix 1cup sugar and 1 cup water boil till it thickens.
      • Mix badam paste cook for few minutes till it mixes well.
      • Add ghee and mix thoroughly until it leaves the sides of the pan.
      • Mix kesar colour. 



      Fish Curry



      Ingredients

      • 4 large garlic cloves
      • Onion 4 in number chopped
      • Ginger chopped
      • 225g canned tomatoes
      • 500g fish cut into pieces
      • 2.5ml ground red chilli
      • 1 tbsp black cumin seeds
      • 5ml ground turmeric
      • 15ml chopped fresh coriander
      • Mustard oil
      • Salt to taste
      • 200ml water

      Method of Making Fish Curry

      • Make a paste of garlic,ginger and onion to a smooth paste.
      • Now for 30 minutes dip the fish into the batter for marination.Keep the rest for making curry. 
      • Prepare the curry by heating oil in a pan and add seeds saute for 1 min.
      • Add onion and all spices to the curry and mix well until light brown in colour.Now mix the ginger-garlic-onion paste fry for 2-3 minutes and then add tomatoes stir well.
      • After few minutes add water and heat in low heat until water boils.
      • In the meantime heat mustard oil in a pan and when the oil gets heated up add fish pieces and fry till pieces turn crispy.
      • Now when the fried fishes are ready add them to the curry which has now started  to boil.Finally add coriander leaves .Mix them well and serve hot.

      Fish Pakoda

      Ingredients

      • Fish Fillets-4 to 5
      • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
      • 1 tbsp lemon juice
      • 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
      • 2 Beaten Eggs
      • Oil for deep-frying pakoda
      • Salt to taste

      Method of Making Fish Pakoda

      • Take a vessel to it add beaten eggs,red chilli powder,lemon juice,coriander leaves and salt to taste and finally cornflour to make good binding.
      • Mix well to make a good batter.
      • Heat Oil in pan.
      • Now take fish fillet one by one and dip in the batter.Fry fish fillet until it becomes crispy.
      • Fish Pakoda is ready.Serve hot.

      Butter Chicken

      Ingredients

      • 1 medium sized chicken(800 gm)-cut it into 12 pieces
             Makhani gravy
      • 1 inch piece ginger and 10 flakes garlic-finely chopped.
      • 1/4 cup kaju(cashewnuts)
      • 2 cups tomato puree
      • 1tsp garam masala
      • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
      • 2 tbsp butter
      • 2-3 tbsp oil
      • 1/2 cup milk
      • 1/4 cup cream approx
      • Chopped Coriander leaves
      • Salt to taste

      Method of Making Butter Chicken

      • Blend ginger,garlic and cashews to a paste in a mixer with little water.
      • Put paste in a deep dish.
      • Add tomato puree and all spices,oil,butter in a non-stick pan and stir well for 8 minutes.
      • Add about 1cup of water,mix and cover it with lid for 6 minutes.Stir once in between.
      • Add cooked chicken to the gravy.Cover and heat for 4 minutes.Turn off heat and let it cool.
      • To this mixture add milk and heat uncovered for 2 minutes and then add Cream.
      • Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
      • Butter Chicken is ready serve hot.


      Paneer Do Pyaza

      Ingredients

      • Paneer (300 grams)
      • Onions 4 medium-sized
      • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
      • Oil 4 tablespoons
      • Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon
      • Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
      • Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
      • Cardamoms – 4  crushed
      • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
      • Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
      • Chopped Tomatoes 2
      • Tomato puree 1/4 cup
      • Coriander powder 2 tablespoons
      • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
      • Fried onions 1/2 cup
      • Ginger chopped
      • Coriander leaves chopped
      • Salt to taste



      Method of Making Paneer Do Pyaza

      • Take a non-stick pan and fry paneer cubes in it till golden brown in colour.
      • Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan and then  add green cardamoms,cumin seeds and 2 finely chopped onions to the oil in the non-stick pan.
      • Fry the mixture till onions turn golden.
      • Next add garlic and ginger paste to onions to the mixture.  Mix well and  add 2 tablespoons water.
      • Add chopped tomatoes and tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder. Mix well and cook till oil leaves from sides.
      • Add fried paneer pieces to it. Stir well. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes and mix well.
      • Add garam masala powder mix well and salt to taste.
      • Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves.
      • Paneer Do Pyaza is ready serve hot .

      Palak Paneer

      Ingredients
      Washed and cleaned Spinach two bunches
      100 gms. paneer (cottage cheese)
      1 crushed garlic
      1/2 tsp. grated ginger 
      2 green chillies 
      1/4 tsp. cumin seeds
      1/4 tsp. sugar
      1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
      1/2 tsp. cinnamon clove powder
      1/2 tsp. asafetida powder
      1 tsp garam masala powder
      Salt 

      Method of Making Palak Paneer
      • Boil spinach in pan for 2-3 minutes till it becomes soft.
      • Cool the spinach and mix it with ginger,garlic and chillies.
      • In a frying pan add oil and fry paneer till light brown in colour.Keep it aside.
      • Now take a pan when the pan gets heated add cumin seeds,asafetida and softened spinach saute for few minutes till a good aroma comes.
      • Add all spices except  paneer and lemon juice.Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes in medium heat.
      • Add fried paneer stir gently. Cook  for 2 minutes.
      • Palak paneer is ready serve hot.

      Atta Ladoo(Wheat Flour)

      Ingredients

      • 1 cup whole wheat flour(atta)
      • 1/3 cup powdered sugar or bura chini
      • 3-4 tablespoon desi ghee
      • 1 tablespoon dry fruits chopped-(almonds,raisin,pista,cashew nuts) and seeds of green cardamom-(elaichi)crushed
      • 2 pinches black pepper
      • 2 pinches garam masala powder
      • 2 pinches dry ginger powder

      Method of Preparing Atta(Wheat Flour) Ladoo

      • To make Atta ladoo first you have to take a dish containing atta and roast in medium heat for 4minutes.Stir in between until the atta becomes light brown.
      • Add Ghee and mix it nicely with roasted atta for 2 minutes so that Ghee and Atta mixes well.
      • Mix well for 2 minutes.
      • Add sugar to taste.Add dry fruits,black pepper,garam masala,ginger powder.Cook thoroughly.
      • Now your favourite Atta ladoo is ready .Now take small amount of mixture in your palm to make a ball.

      Suji Ladoo

      Ingredients

      • 1 cup Suji(Semolina)
      • Cashew Nuts and Currants to Garnish
      • 1cup Sugar
      • 3/4 cup Ghee
      • 1/2 teaspoon elaichi powder(elaichi)

      Method of Making Suji Ladoo

      • Take a saucepan add suji and roast it on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
      • Add ghee and stir the mixture continuously till light brown in colour.
      • Mix elaichi powder to make a binding mixture.
      • Now turn off heat and take small portion to make round ball.

      Malai Ladoo

      Ingredients

      • 1 cup Malai
      • 2 cup Grated Paneer
      • 1 cup Sugar
      • Green Cardamom -5 to 6
      • Pistachios to Garnish

      Method of Preparation of Malai Ladoo

      • Take malai in a pan and stir it until it melts.
      • Add grated Paneer to it and mix well until the mixture becomes thick.
      • Add Kewra essence and mix nicely.
      • Add Cardamom with mixture and fry until mixture becomes thick and gives off aroma of cardamom and kewra.
      • Turn off Heat and cool it to a warm temperature.
      • Take small portion of the mixture in your palm and make round ball.
      • Garnish with Pistachios.
      • Your Malai ladoo is ready to serve.



      Nariyal Ladoo

      Ingredients

      • 1 grated nariyal(coconut)
      • 1 litre milk
      • 1 cup sugar
      • 1tsp cardamom(elaichi powder)
      • Sliced almonds to garnish

      Method of Preparation of Nariyal Ladoo

      • Add sugar in a frying pan and heat until it melts.
      • Add grated nariyal,cardamom,milk to melted sugar.
      • Cook on medium heat and stir until the mixture becomes light brown
      • When the mixture becomes semi solid turn off heat.
      • Cool down the mixture to a warm temperature.Take small portion of the mixture in your palm and make round ball.
      • Garnish it with Almonds.
      • Nariyal Ladoo is ready to serve.

      Besan(Gram flour) Ladoo

      Ingredients

      • 2 cup Besan(gram flour)
      • 1 cup Ghee
      • 5 to 6 Green Cardamom seeds
      • 4 tablespoon of sliced almonds
      • 1 tablespoon of pista for garnishing
      Method of making Besan Ladoo
      • Take a pan add Besan and ghee mix them nicely.
      • Now on medium heat mix the mixture until the batter becomes light brown.
      • Put the chopped sliced almonds and seeds of green cardamoms for nice flavour.
      • Cook for 7-10 mins stir continuously to prevent from being burnt.
      • Take a flat dish and add the above cooked besan-ghee mixture.
      • Take small amount of mixture in your palm when the mixture is bit warm.Make small round balls.
      • Garnish with pista.
      • Serve Cold.
