Ingredients
- 4 boiled potatoes
- 1 cup boiled peas
- 1 cup boiled carrot
- 2 tablespoon besan(gram flour)
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1-2 chopped onions
- 1 cup cashewnut powder
- 2 tablespoon cream
- 1 cup Curd
- 2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 2-3 tomatoes(chopped)
- Oil
- 1/2 cup water
Method of making Kofta
- In a bowl add boiled potatoes,salt,lemon juice,carrot,corianderleaves,peas and besan.Mix well.Take small pieces in hand to make kofta balls.
- Now heat oil in a non-stick pan add chopped onions and mix till it becomes light brown in colour.
- To the fried onions add tomatoes,kaju powder,curd,ginger-garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder,cream and coriander leaves and mix thoroughly.
- Add little water.Cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Finally to the gravy add koftas.
- Koftas are ready.
