Ingredients
- Semolina(Suji)- 1 cup
- Chopped Tomato -1
- Curd- 1/2 cup
- Green Chillies-2
- Coriander leaves(chopped)
- Ginger paste- 1 teaspoon
- Onion(chopped)- 2
- Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup water
Method of making Semolina Uttapam
- In a dish combine semolina,curd and salt with water.Leave it covered for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and add green chillies,onion,ginger,tomato and fry for 1-2 minutes.
- To the above batter add semolina-curd mixture.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes and stir continuously so that the mixture doesnot get burnt.
- Semolina Uttapam is ready.
