Ingredients
- 2 cup Besan(gram flour)
- 1 cup Ghee
- 5 to 6 Green Cardamom seeds
- 4 tablespoon of sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon of pista for garnishing
Method of making Besan Ladoo
- Take a pan add Besan and ghee mix them nicely.
- Now on medium heat mix the mixture until the batter becomes light brown.
- Put the chopped sliced almonds and seeds of green cardamoms for nice flavour.
- Cook for 7-10 mins stir continuously to prevent from being burnt.
- Take a flat dish and add the above cooked besan-ghee mixture.
- Take small amount of mixture in your palm when the mixture is bit warm.Make small round balls.
- Garnish with pista.
- Serve Cold.
