Ingredients
- 2 cups Semolina(Suji)
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 cup Ghee
- 3 Cardamoms(grounded)
- 4 cups Water
- 3/4 Cashew nuts and Raisins
- 3/4 cup Almonds, chopped
Method of making Suji Halwa
- In a non-stick pan add ghee and fry semolina or suji till light golden brown in colour.
- Now to it add sugar ,water and boil the whole mixture.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes till water gets soaked totally.
- Finally add cardamom and mix well.
- Garnish with cashew nuts,raisins and almonds.
- Suji Halwa is ready.
