Method of Making Chilli Chicken
- 400gms boneless chicken
- 2 tablespoon Soya sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon Corn flour
- 5-6 finely chopped green chilies
- 2 green onion tops (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- Salt To Taste
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Oil to fry
Method of Making Chilli Chicken
- Firstly, we have to marinate boneless chicken.To marinate boneless chicken we have add it in a mixture containing egg,soya sauce,corn flour and salt.
- Take a pan and heat oil and fry chicken pieces in it till golden brown.
- Meanwhile when the chicken is getting fried heat oil in a separate pan and add garlic paste and to it add green chillies and soya sauce fry it for 1-2 minutes.
- Add water,salt,pepper powder and sugar till whole mixture boils.
- Now put fried chicken pieces to the chilli gravy.
- Cook for few minutes.
- Chilli Chicken is ready.
