Method of Making Badam ka Halwa
- 1 cup Badam
- 1 cup Ghee
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tsp Kesar Colour
Method of Making Badam ka Halwa
- Soak almonds in water overnight.
- Peel off almond skin and ground ton make a smooth paste with milk.
- To make sugar syrup we have to add
- Remove the outer skin and grind to a paste with the milk.
- To make sugar syrup mix 1cup sugar and 1 cup water boil till it thickens.
- Mix badam paste cook for few minutes till it mixes well.
- Add ghee and mix thoroughly until it leaves the sides of the pan.
- Mix kesar colour.
