Ingredients
Method of Making Paneer Bhurji
- 1 cup grated paneer(cottage cheese)
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 Capsicum
- Chopped coriander leaves
- 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 Chopped tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
Method of Making Paneer Bhurji
- Take a pan add cumin seeds,onions and paste of ginger-garlic and saute for few minutes till light brown in colour.
- Next to this add tomatoes and chillies and fry the mixture well.
- To this mixture add garam masala powder,turmeric powder, little water and salt to taste and blend the mixture well.
- Now add scrambled paneer and chopped coriander to the mixture and fry till the mixture combines well with the mixture.
- Paneer Bhurji is ready serve hot.
