Ingredients
- 5 breads each cut into two halves.
- 1 Cup Gram flour (Beasn)
- 1/2 teaspoon Thymol seeds(ajwain)
- 1/4 teaspoon Asafetida (hing)
- 1/4 Cup water
- 1 Onion (paste)
- 2 Boiled Potatoes
- 2 Cloves of garlic (ground)
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- Oil
Method of Making Bread Pakora
- Take a mixing bowl add gram flour,thymol seeds,asafetida,onion,garlic,potatoes and water to make smooth batter.
- When the batter is ready take a non-stick pan heat oil.
- Dip the sliced bread into the batter and fry it.
- Bread Pakora is ready.
