Ingredients
- 150 gms Paneer sliced to cubes
- 3-4 Tomato (grated)
- 2-3 chopped Capsicum(chopped)
- 1 ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 2-3 Bay leaves
- 3 Cloves
- 2 Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Orange Colour
- 4-5 tablespoon Butter
- Heat Ghee in a non-stick pan and add onion,tomato,red chilli powder,salt,ginger and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- After cooking for few minutes add paneer cubes and capsicum pieces.Mix well.
- Now add cinnamon,bay leaves,cloves and colour to it.Cook on medium heat.
- When the mixture becomes tender and gets cooked turn off heat.
- Kadhai Paneer is Ready.
