Ingredients
- 1 cup poha(flattened rice)
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Chopped potatoes 2 in number
- 6-7 curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Peanuts
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 green chillies
- Coriander leaves
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
Method of making Poha
- Wash the poha thoroughly and keep aside.
- Take a pan and heat oil.Add curry leaves,mustard seeds and green chillies and fry for 1 minute.
- Then add onion fry till golden brown in colour.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes by adding potatotes and groundnuts.
- Finally add poha which are kept aside.Add lime juice and mix well.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves.
- Poha is ready.
