Ingredients
- 1 cup of Besan (Gram flour)
- 2 Chopped Onions
- 2 Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Asafetida
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 3-4 Green Chillies
- 3 teaspoon Oil
- 2 cups Curd
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Coriander Leaves
- Heat a non-stick pan containing oil and add cumin and fry little.
- Add Mustard seeds and fry again.
- Now add tomatoes,onions,turmeric and green chillies.Cook for 4-5 minutes.
- To this mixture add besan,curd and mix thoroughly.
- Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
- Beasn Curry is ready.
