Method of Making Suji Ladoo
- 1 cup Suji(Semolina)
- Cashew Nuts and Currants to Garnish
- 1cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon elaichi powder(elaichi)
Method of Making Suji Ladoo
- Take a saucepan add suji and roast it on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
- Add ghee and stir the mixture continuously till light brown in colour.
- Mix elaichi powder to make a binding mixture.
- Now turn off heat and take small portion to make round ball.
