Method of Making Potato Balls
- 5-6 Potatoes
- 1 cup boiled peas
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon Powdered Cumin Seeds(Jeera)
- Chopped Ginger
- Finely Chopped Green Chillies
- Chopped Coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
Method of Making Potato Balls
- Boil Potatoes in vessel for 5 minutes.
- Now make a batter of mashed potatoes,oil,salt,peas,ginger,green chillies,coriander leaves,red chilli powder,Cumin powder,chaat masala.Make each 3 inch diameter Potato ball.
- Spread oil over non-stick pan and place the Potato balls on it and fry on either side by turning upside down.
- Aloo Tikki is ready.Serve Hot.
