Method of Making Fish Pakoda
- Fish Fillets-4 to 5
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
- 2 Beaten Eggs
- Oil for deep-frying pakoda
- Salt to taste
Method of Making Fish Pakoda
- Take a vessel to it add beaten eggs,red chilli powder,lemon juice,coriander leaves and salt to taste and finally cornflour to make good binding.
- Mix well to make a good batter.
- Heat Oil in pan.
- Now take fish fillet one by one and dip in the batter.Fry fish fillet until it becomes crispy.
- Fish Pakoda is ready.Serve hot.
