Method of Preparation of Malai Ladoo
- 1 cup Malai
- 2 cup Grated Paneer
- 1 cup Sugar
- Green Cardamom -5 to 6
- Pistachios to Garnish
Method of Preparation of Malai Ladoo
- Take malai in a pan and stir it until it melts.
- Add grated Paneer to it and mix well until the mixture becomes thick.
- Add Kewra essence and mix nicely.
- Add Cardamom with mixture and fry until mixture becomes thick and gives off aroma of cardamom and kewra.
- Turn off Heat and cool it to a warm temperature.
- Take small portion of the mixture in your palm and make round ball.
- Garnish with Pistachios.
- Your Malai ladoo is ready to serve.
