Method of Making Chicken Jalfrezi
- 10-12 pieces of boneless Chicken
- 2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/4 cup cream
- Salt as needed
- 1 Capsicum chopped
- 3-4 Tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
- Chopped Coriander
- Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
Method of Making Chicken Jalfrezi
- To marinate chicken we have to dip chicken pieces in ginger-garlic paste,one tablespoon oil and salt.Keep it for 30 minutes.
- In a blender blend together tomatoes,salt,cumin,red chilli powder,turmeric,coriander,pepper,garam masala to a smooth mixture.
- Take a non-stick pan add oil and fry the above mixture for few minutes.
- Now add marinated chicken pieces to the mixture and fry nicely for 7-9 minutes.
- Finally add cream.Mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Chicken Jalfrezi is ready.
